Subscription Agreement
This Subscription Agreement is a supplement to the Lingoch App User Agreement and governs your access to and use of the paid subscription services provided by Lingoch through the Lingoch App. By purchasing or activating the Subscription Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement, as well as the User Agreement. If you do not agree to any terms herein, please do not purchase or use the Subscription Services.
Please note that the Subscription Services are optional paid services that complement the free basic services of the App. Your use of the free basic services remains subject to the User Agreement. This Agreement only applies to Subscribers who have purchased and activated the Subscription Services.
1. Overview of Subscription Services
Upon successful purchase and activation of the Subscription Services, you will be entitled to access the following value-added services during the valid subscription period (subject to service updates):
We reserve the right to update or adjust the scope of the Subscription Services from time to time. Any material changes to the core Subscription Services will be notified to you through a prominent notice within the App, and you will have the right to cancel the subscription if you do not accept such changes (see Section 4 for cancellation and refund terms).
2. Subscription Period and Fees
2.1 Subscription Period Options
We offer the following subscription period options for you to choose from (the specific available options and corresponding fees are displayed in the App's subscription page at the time of purchase):
2.2 Subscription Fees
The subscription fee is displayed in the App's subscription page in the local currency of your region, and you agree to pay the corresponding fee using the payment method supported by the App (e.g., credit card, mobile payment platforms). The fee does not include any taxes (such as value-added tax, sales tax), which shall be borne by you in accordance with local laws and regulations.
We may adjust the subscription fee from time to time, but such adjustments will not affect the current valid subscription period you have purchased. For subsequent subscription renewals, the adjusted fee will apply, and we will notify you of the new fee through the App at least 7 days before the renewal date.
2.3 Automatic Renewal
Unless you cancel the automatic renewal before the end of the current subscription period, your subscription will be automatically renewed for the same period at the then-current subscription fee. We will send you a reminder notification of the upcoming automatic renewal and the corresponding fee through the App at least 3 days before the renewal date.
You can cancel the automatic renewal at any time through the subscription management settings in the App or the settings of your payment platform (e.g., App Store, Google Play). The cancellation will take effect after the end of the current subscription period, and no refund will be provided for the remaining days of the current period.
3. Activation and Use of Subscription Services
The Subscription Services will be automatically activated immediately after your successful payment. You can view the valid period of your subscription through the "My Subscription" section in the App.
The Subscription Services are for your personal, non-commercial use only. You shall not share, lend, lease, or transfer your subscription account or the access rights of the Subscription Services to any third party. If we detect any unauthorized sharing or transfer of the subscription account, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your Subscription Services without refund.
You shall comply with the User Agreement when using the Subscription Services. Any violation of the User Agreement that results in the suspension or termination of your App usage rights will also lead to the suspension or termination of the Subscription Services, with no refund for the remaining subscription period.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
4.1 Voluntary Cancellation
You may cancel the Subscription Services at any time during the valid subscription period through the "My Subscription" section in the App. However, once the Subscription Services are activated, no refund will be provided for the fees paid for the current subscription period, and you will still be entitled to use the Subscription Services until the end of the current period.

To apply for a refund, you need to contact us via the subscription support email (support@Lingochapp.global) within the applicable time limit, stating your refund reason and providing relevant proof (e.g., payment record, error screenshot). We will review your application within 5 business days and notify you of the review result. If the refund is approved, the refund amount will be returned to your original payment account within 10-15 business days (the actual time may vary depending on the payment platform and regional financial regulations).
5. Suspension and Termination of Subscription Services
We may suspend or terminate your Subscription Services immediately without prior notice if:
Upon suspension or termination of the Subscription Services, you will lose access to all value-added features of the Subscription Services. If the termination is due to your violation of the agreement, no refund will be provided for the remaining subscription period.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property rights in the Subscription Services and related content (including but not limited to premium AI avatars, exclusive cultural content packages, and enhanced functions) are owned by us or our licensors. Your purchase of the Subscription Services only grants you the limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use these services and content during the valid subscription period, and does not transfer any intellectual property rights to you.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SUBSCRIPTION SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Subscription Services will be uninterrupted or error-free. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve technical issues in a timely manner, but we shall not be liable for any loss or damage caused by temporary service interruptions or technical errors that are not within our reasonable control.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAWS, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS OR GOODWILL) ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SUBSCRIPTION SERVICES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising out of this Agreement or the use of the Subscription Services shall not exceed the total amount of fees you have paid to us for the current subscription period.
9. Changes to This Agreement
We may update this Agreement from time to time to reflect changes in the Subscription Services or applicable requirements. When we make an update, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the bottom of this Agreement and notify you of the update by displaying a prominent notice within the App when you next open it. Your continued use of the Subscription Services after the update takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not accept the revised Agreement, you may cancel the Subscription Services in accordance with Section 4, and no refund will be provided for the remaining subscription period.
10. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes, controversies, or claims arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or the use of the Subscription Services shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation between you and us. If the negotiation fails, such disputes shall be submitted to the competent court of the jurisdiction where our principal place of business is located for resolution, consistent with the dispute resolution provisions in the User Agreement.
